Rahel • Somatic Coaching | Embodied Relating
Welcome
Welcoming everything is a principle I strive for and invite you to embrace. Coaching, for me, is not about offering advice on what you could do better or change about yourself. Instead, I believe real transformation comes from welcoming everything—creating space for the implicit to become explicit, the unexpressed expressed, and the unconscious conscious.
I see my role as a guide, supporting you as your own answers emerge from within—answers that connect you to yourself, help you discover your unique path, and allow you to fully embrace that journey, with all the shades a human life has to offer.

This coaching is for brave individuals who want to cultivate confidence, inner freedom, and authentic connection in relationships—with themselves and with others. I believe that the better we know ourselves*, the more aligned and fulfilling our relationships become.

* In our wholeness—this is why I work somatically, defining "soma" as "the living body in its wholeness."
Cultivate confidence, inner freedom & authentic connection in relationships - to self & others.
The following 5 pillars are the focus of my work—emphasized more or less depending on where your nervous system is currently and what your goals are.
01
Nervous System Resiliency
The goal is to develop a flexible nervous system with the capacity to tolerate activation, process strong emotions and fear responses, and naturally pendulate back to a regulated state.
03
Authentic Relating
Authentic is being real, relating is being in connection with another. We explore pathways for more trustable, empowering and nourishing connections with everyone in your life.
05
Objectivity, Spirituality & Celebrations
Grounded spirituality for me means acknowledging and honouring human needs and desires while keeping the larger picture in mind. This balance brings aliveness—navigating between action and surrender, contraction and expansion, light and shadow, pain and pleasure, limitations and wholeness. I'm also all in for celebrating each step you take on the journey toward coming home to yourself.
02
Working with Parts
The way we relate to the world is deeply influenced by how our parents related to us, the meanings we derived from those experiences, and the strategies we developed to keep ourselves safe. The aim is to welcome all the inner parts and have them work with us, instead of against us.
04
Somatic Awareness
The practice of tracking bodily sensations in the present moment, strengthening the mind-body connection and supporting the release of stored tension, emotional processing, stress management, and overall presence.

My Story
Relationships used to be the area of my life where I experienced the greatest confusion and pain. I often felt alone, even among many friends—sad while I smiled, pretending to be cool while feeling deeply hurt. Looking back, I realize I wasn’t just disconnected from others; I was disconnected from myself. That self-rejection and inner emptiness eventually led me to hit rock bottom and make drastic changes.

I stepped away from the path I had been walking and shook the main pillars (career, friends, home, family) upon which I had built my identity. I sought answers in spirituality, psychology and creativity - gradually softened and opened up to what truly makes me feel connected and free, slowly reclaiming my natural confidence.

As I began to change how I related to myself, the way I related to others—and the people I chose to relate to—also transformed. I continue to explore the mystery of human relationships and feel grateful to do so with curiosity now. Even more, I’m thankful to accompany others on their own journeys.
